  • 30-day Bankers Acceptance's plus 99 Base Points

Terms: From 6 months to 48 months

Conditions: Maximum Loan equivalent to 75% of Gross Residential Sales Revenue (inclusive of GST), not to exceed 85% of capital costs, or the lesser of the two.

-All advances are made on a "work-in-place", cost-to-complete basis.

-15% of equity needed - half of it can be used with the purchaser's deposits.

One can expect to save around $550,000.00 on a $20,000,000.00 loan.

Wildwood Capital Inc. is also in a position to arrange equity portions if necessary.
