100% Joint Ventures
100% Joint Venture Financing
Wildwood has completed the arrangements for numerous 100% financing
projects.
The following is the criteria for this type of a project:
Minimum loan $10,000.000.00
- All income must be third party income
- The developer must be an experienced developer
- It is a 50/50 split ownership
- All investments that have been expensed by the developer in
actual monies will be returned to the developer.
