All over the world there are companies that are emerging into the
market place and have good contacts with North America’s wealthy
corporations for purchase of their products. Unfortunately those
companies do not have the necessary funds in order to build and
expand their production and in order to accommodate the new demand.
This is where Wildwood comes into play. We take this company public,
so that this company can sell shares and raise private equity on
the exchange.
The companies that are in countries like China where the growth
for the next ten years is going to be tremendous are a prime candidates
for this type of program.
The timing for doing this program with everyone co-operating is

One must budget for somewhere between $800 to $1 Million dollars
